In Foxit PhantomPDF v10 and Foxit PDF Editor, the default printer setting includes setting via the Print Preferences of Foxit PhantomPDF Printer in Control Panel and XML file in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Foxit Software\PDF Creator\PH\SettingTemplate Since Foxit PhantomPDF v10 and Foxit PDF Editor,the Save As Default checkbox on the Foxit PhantomPDF Printer properties dialog box was removed, and the default printer setting is not like 9.x and earlier version which via FoxitPhantomPrinterProfile.xml in the AppData folder.
